Most websites designed and implemented in our digital agency practice pursue the goal of strengthening a business, promoting a specific marketing campaign, or amplifying the impact of a social initiative. Yet, today’s creative story is different as it is focused on the objective to support personal brand awareness and communication. In this case study, we invite you to glance at the personal website we made for an entrepreneur and public figure, Adam Braun.
Project and Client
Adam Braun is a serial entrepreneur, NYT bestselling author, and keynote speaker. He is the CEO of Clarasight and Founder of Pencils of Promise, on a mission to help 10 million everyday leaders achieve the extraordinary. As a 3x entrepreneur and one of the world’s top-rated innovation and leadership speakers, Adam helps organizations navigate change to unleash their visionary spark.
The task for the tubik team was to design an attractive and informative website unveiling various facets of Adam’s professional and social profile in a friendly way and make it live with Webflow. The creative team for the project included Oksana Lashko, Olga Krasnokutska, and Mykyta Zhyravlov.
Website Design
The general approach to website design is built around well-thought-out content arrangements that gradually and engagingly unveil information about the personality, keeping visitors interested but not overwhelmed. Thus, the website pages present an elegant mixture of photo and video content that adds strong emotional appeal and a visual connection with the person, as well as text blocks that provide information and build storytelling.
Although the color palette is quite limited and business-like, wisely applied color contrast in dark and light page sections helps to divide information blocks, increases the liveliness of interaction, and sets the great background for making color accents and visual content even more attractive. Such an approach makes the call-to-action elements or important pieces of text content instantly noticeable. The web animation integrated into website design also supports usability and visual hierarchy, making interaction more dynamic and attracting attention to key details.
The typographic approach uses neat and readable fonts that are not decorative but also not too formal-looking. Thus, typography becomes another effective design tool for creating a business-like but friendly and warm communication mood.
Another essential element was to find efficient ways to present the achievements as signs of trustability, among which, for example, an elegantly arranged section featuring organizations Adam collaborated with and significant numbers of essential results presented in a prominent infographic-style manner.
When the design approach and details were approved and polished, we implemented the website with Webflow, taking care of all the visual details and adapting it to different types of devices to ensure that the website looked and worked properly wherever visitors interacted with it.
